Another pretty uneventful day, traveling this beautiful country of ours. We left out of Columbia, Mo. at 09:00 this am drove, for what seemed all day in Mo., as we drove toward Kansas City and then turned north on I 29. About half way to the Iowa border, we lost cell service until about half way thru Iowa. Very scenic farming country. We crossed the border into South Dakota and proceeded to Sioux Falls, where we decided to camp for the night at a KOA, just off I-90. Tomorrow it will be pretty much a straight shot on I-90, across S Dakota to Mt. Rushmore, we do intend to make a couple stops tomorrow, so stay tuned for photos tomorrow night. I have included a photo of a Veterans monument that is a small replica of the Washington Monument. Photo of our mobile motel room, at the campground and a photo of our hitch hiker, flat terry, at camp and a photo of some funky art work on a bridge in Sioux City Ia. 1200 plus miles and few more to go and a whole lot to see yet. By the way, there is a place for comments and any of you following please let me know.
I am following and check in every day love and miss you both terribly, hurry home already (just kidding) you guys have a good time :)
